Positioning

Most companies have a logo. Few have a position. Positioning is the strategic foundation that makes everything else — your website, your content, your pitch — more effective.

“Positioning is not about what you do — it is about what you own in the minds of the people you are trying to reach. We help you find that position and then build everything around it.”

What We Deliver

Strategy first.
Identity second.

Competitive landscape analysis

We map your category — who is in it, how they position, where they are vulnerable, and where the genuine opportunity sits for your brand to occupy.

Positioning statement

A precise, defensible statement of where you sit in the market, who you are for, and why you are the right choice over every alternative.

Messaging framework

From core value proposition through to audience-specific messaging pillars. Every person on your team will know what to say and how to say it.

Tone of voice

Voice and tone guidelines that reflect your brand's personality — consistent across your website, content, sales materials, and team communication.

Visual identity system

Logo, colour system, typography, and visual language built to express your positioning — not simply to look good in isolation.

Brand guidelines document

A complete reference document covering every element of your brand — what to use, why it was chosen, and how to apply it correctly across contexts.

Who It's For

Pre-launch startups

You are building something with real ambition and need a brand that signals credibility before you have the track record to prove it. Positioning first, design second.

SaaS companies with unclear differentiation

You have a real product but struggle to explain why it is better. Your website sounds like everyone else in your category. That is a positioning problem, not a copywriting problem.

Established businesses rebrand

Your business has evolved past your current brand. The name, the visual identity, and the messaging no longer reflect who you are or who you serve.

Companies entering competitive markets

Entering the US, UK, or UAE markets requires a brand that meets the standard of those markets. A strong positioning system makes every market entry faster and more effective.

Common Questions

What does a positioning project cost?

Positioning projects typically start from $7,500. Scope determines the final investment — we are transparent from the first conversation. No vague estimates, no surprises.

How is this different from just getting a logo designed?

A logo is a visual asset. Positioning is the foundation that makes the logo mean something. We develop the strategy and messaging first — then design the visual identity to express it. A logo without positioning is just decoration.

Can you work with our existing visual identity?

Yes. If you have a visual identity you are happy with, we can deliver positioning and messaging as a standalone engagement. We will tell you honestly if we think the existing identity needs to change — but we will not push you to redesign if it is not necessary.

How long does a positioning project take?

Most positioning engagements run 2–3 weeks. We agree on a timeline before work begins and hold to it.

If you're buildingsomething serious.

We take on a limited number of projects each month. Tell us about yours — we will come back with an honest assessment.
